Partner package proposal

CETEF’26 Platinum Partner title;
the Partner’s logo in all Forum promotional materials;
the Partner’s logo and link to the Partner’s website on the official Forum website
with information about the scope of activities, product portfolio, and services on the dedicated CETEF’26 portal;
publication of a post about the Partner on social media related to the Forum;
information about the Partner in social media and press releases related to the Forum;
display of the Partner’s logo in welcome spots and program screens for the Plenary Conference and the Field Conferences;
provision of an exhibition space of up to 15 square meters for the Partner on the Forum’s sidelines for the duration of the Forum;
display of the Partner’s advertising materials (rollup banners/promotional posters)
on the Forum’s sidelines and in the Field Conference meeting rooms;
promotion of the Partner and presentation of its activities on the internal network of screens on the PP premises during the event and for 7 days after the event; Partner presentation in the CETEF’26 Podcast Zone during the Forum;
Enabling substantive participation and a 10-minute presentation of the Partner’s offering, ongoing projects, research results, and development plans during two selected Field Conferences;
Invitation to participate in the Forum for 8 Partner representatives;
Invitation for two to a Gala Dinner hosted by the Mayor of Poznań on October 19, 2026, with the participation of prominent Forum guests, including CETEF initiator Professor Jerzy Buzek, former Prime Minister of Poland.
