HORIZON EUROPE MATCHMAKING EVENTS
DAY 2 – 20 October 2026

Time: 15:30 - 17:30

Place: Poznan, Piotrowo 2, Poznań University of Technology Lecture Centre

Description

Looking to build new business connections? Are you searching for new clients for your products and services, or perhaps looking for an international partner for research projects?

If so, join the Horizon Europe Matchmaking Event during the Central European Technology Forum (CETEF’26) in Poznań!

What is the Horizon Europe Matchmaking Event?

Organised by the Horizon Europe National Contact Points for Industry (NCPs), the event consists of a series of one-to-one meetings between CETEF’26 participants. Its aim is to help participants establish new contacts, exchange experiences, and find potential clients and partners for business or research projects from Poland and abroad.

How can you take part?
  1. Register for CETEF’26 >>>, and you will then receive a separate email with a link to register for the Horizon Europe Matchmaking Event.
  2. Provide your details and describe what you do, what you are looking for, and what kind of partners you would like to connect with.
  3. After registration, you will gain access to the list of participants registered for the event.
  4. Browse the profiles and select participants you would like to meet. Then send them a meeting request. Meetings must be confirmed by both parties, so the more detailed information you provide about your expertise, experience, and project, the greater the chance of finding relevant matches.

You can schedule meetings until 19 October, so we encourage you to regularly check the list of participants and send additional meeting requests.

Before the event, you will receive an individual meeting schedule, including the time and the specific table where each meeting will take place. Meetings last 15 minutes and can be conducted in Polish or English.

Why take part in the Horizon Europe Matchmaking Event?
  • Build direct relationships with CETEF’26 participants — representatives of business, academia, public-sector organisations, and NGOs.
  • Exchange experiences and consult your project with experts.
  • Gain access to leading partners and institutions from across Europe.
  • Increase your chances of securing Horizon Europe funding for your projects and activities.
  • Gain access to expert knowledge about the programme and application procedures.
Who is the event for?

The event is aimed at representatives of business, academia, industry organisations, and institutions interested in developing innovative projects with an international scope and in facilitating knowledge transfer in this area.

During the event, you will have the opportunity to meet potential partners and establish international connections in areas including health, sustainable economy, Industry 4.0, innovative mobility technologies, clean energy, and digitalisation.
