Partner package proposal

CETEF’26 Gold Partner title;
the Partner’s logo in all Forum promotional materials;
the Partner’s logo and link to the Partner’s website on the official Forum website
with information about the scope of activities and product and service portfolio on the dedicated CETEF’26 portal;
information about the Partner in social media related to the Forum;
displaying the Partner’s logo in welcome spots and program screens for the Plenary Conference and selected Field Conference;
providing the Partner with an exhibition space of up to 8 square meters on the Forum’s sidelines for the duration of the Forum;
display of the Partner’s advertising materials (rollup banners/promotional posters)
on the Forum’s sidelines and in the Field Conference meeting rooms;
promotion of the Partner and presentation of its activities on the internal network of screens on the PP premises during the event and for 7 days after the event;
Providing substantive participation and a 10-minute presentation of the Partner’s offer, ongoing projects, research results, and development plans during a selected Field Conference;
an invitation to participate in the Forum for 6 Partner representatives;
an invitation for a Partner representative to a Gala Dinner hosted by the Mayor of Poznań on October 19, 2026, with the participation of prominent Forum guests, including the initiator of CETEF, Professor Jerzy Buzek, former Prime Minister of Poland.
